By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in Soulcial Sanctuary (“Sanctuary”), you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Soulcial Sanctuary is an educational and experiential spiritual development community operated by Soulcial Agency / Sierra

Grana (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Purpose of Soulcial Sanctuary

Soulcial Sanctuary is designed as an educational and practice-based space for exploring intuitive and spiritual development.

Topics may include, but are not limited to:

* Intuition and the clair senses

* Mediumship

* Channeling

* Energy reading

* Dreamwork

* Spiritual discernment

* Energetic awareness and boundaries

* Personal and spiritual development

* Practicing and communicating intuitive impressions responsibly

Participation does not guarantee that you will develop any particular intuitive ability, experience a specific spiritual

phenomenon, receive messages from deceased individuals, or achieve any particular personal, emotional, financial,

professional, or spiritual result.

Your experience is individual.

2. Educational & Spiritual Purposes Only

All teachings, discussions, demonstrations, intuitive messages, readings, exercises, practices, and materials provided within

Soulcial Sanctuary are intended for educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes.

Nothing provided within Sanctuary should be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric,

legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, actions, health, safety, and wellbeing.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health concern, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Intuitive & Mediumship Disclaimer

Intuition, mediumship, channeling, energy work, and related spiritual practices are subjective experiences.

We make no representation or guarantee regarding the source, accuracy, completeness, meaning, or outcome of intuitive

information received or shared during Sanctuary.

Participants are encouraged to practice discernment and maintain personal responsibility when interpreting intuitive or

spiritual information.

No participant, including Sierra Grana, should be treated as an unquestionable authority regarding your life, relationships,

health, finances, future, or personal decisions.

You always retain the right to accept, question, interpret, or disregard information shared with you.

4. Personal Responsibility

Soulcial Sanctuary teaches intuitive development alongside discernment and personal responsibility.

By participating, you agree that you are responsible for determining what practices and experiences are appropriate for you.

You may decline to participate in any exercise or practice that you do not wish to participate in.

Participation in Sanctuary does not transfer responsibility for your choices or actions to Soulcial Agency, Sierra Grana, guest

teachers, facilitators, contractors, or other members.

5. Community Standards

Sanctuary is intended to be a respectful learning and practice environment.

Members agree to interact with other participants respectfully and to refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation,

exploitation, manipulation, or intentionally harmful behavior.

Spiritual or intuitive claims may not be used to control, frighten, pressure, diagnose, shame, or manipulate another member.

Statements such as “Spirit told me you have to…” or similar claims do not override another person's boundaries, consent, or

personal judgment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior we reasonably determine is unsafe, disruptive, exploitative,

or inconsistent with the integrity of the community.

6. Consent When Practicing With Others

Participation in Sanctuary does not automatically give another member permission to read, channel, interpret, or comment

on your energy or personal circumstances.

Members should obtain consent before intentionally offering another participant a reading, mediumship message, energetic

interpretation, or similar spiritual guidance outside of exercises where consent has already been established.

Members may decline a reading or message at any time.

7. Confidentiality

Sanctuary may include vulnerable conversations, personal stories, spiritual experiences, readings, and practice sessions.

You agree to respect the privacy of other members.

Information shared by another participant within private Sanctuary spaces should not be copied, recorded, screenshotted,

published, distributed, or shared outside the community without that person's permission.

While we expect members to honor confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain

confidentiality. Please use your own discretion when sharing personal information.

8. Calls, Classes & Recordings

Certain Sanctuary classes, calls, trainings, or events may be recorded.

When a session will be recorded, participants may be notified through the event information, platform, or at the beginning

of the session.

Recordings may be made available to current or future Sanctuary members as part of the membership library.

If you do not wish for your image, voice, personal story, or participation to appear in a recording, you are responsible for

limiting your participation accordingly, including keeping your camera off or refraining from sharing personally identifying

information where appropriate.

Separate permission may be requested before using identifiable participant testimonials, stories, images, or recordings for

public promotional purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Sanctuary trainings, frameworks, exercises, videos, recordings, workbooks, PDFs, prompts,

written materials, graphics, and other educational content are the intellectual property of Soulcial Agency and/or Sierra

Grana.

Your membership provides a limited license for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, resell, teach, distribute, upload, publish, copy, or commercially exploit Sanctuary materials without

prior written permission.

You may apply what you personally learn to your own life and practice, but membership does not grant permission to

reproduce Sanctuary's proprietary curriculum or materials as your own program or training.

10. Membership Access

Your Sanctuary membership and login information are for your individual use unless your purchase specifically states

otherwise.

You may not share your login credentials, membership portal, recordings, paid resources, or other restricted Sanctuary

materials with non-members.

Access may be suspended or terminated for unauthorized sharing.

11. Payments, Renewals & Cancellation

Membership pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation requirements, and included services will be disclosed at

the time of purchase.

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged according

to the billing schedule disclosed at purchase until the membership is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation

terms.

Canceling your membership stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for payments already

processed.

Any specific refund policy presented on the checkout page or purchase agreement will apply to your purchase.

12. Changes to Programming

Sanctuary is an evolving community.

Class topics, teachers, schedules, platforms, resources, community features, and programming may change as the

membership develops.

We may modify the format or delivery of Sanctuary while continuing to provide the overall service represented by the

membership.

13. Guest Teachers & Participants

Soulcial Sanctuary may occasionally feature guest teachers, practitioners, speakers, or facilitators.

The opinions, teachings, spiritual beliefs, interpretations, and statements of guests or community members are their own

and do not necessarily represent the views of Soulcial Agency or Sierra Grana.

Participants are responsible for exercising their own judgment regarding information provided by any guest or member.

14. Removal From the Community

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct including, but not limited to:

Harassment, threats, exploitation, repeated boundary violations, unauthorized solicitation, sharing confidential member

information, distributing paid materials, intentionally disruptive behavior, or using spiritual/intuitive claims to manipulate or

frighten others.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal.

Removal for violation of these Terms does not necessarily entitle the participant to a refund.

15. No Guarantee of Results

We cannot and do not guarantee specific results from participation in Soulcial Sanctuary.

Testimonials, stories, demonstrations, and experiences shared by Sierra, guest teachers, or members represent individual

experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another participant will experience the same results.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soulcial Agency, Sierra Grana, and associated employees, contractors,

facilitators, and guest teachers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your

participation in or reliance upon Sanctuary content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to Sanctuary, our business practices, or applicable

requirements.

The most current version will be made available through our website or membership platform.

18. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in Soulcial Sanctuary, you acknowledge that:

You understand the spiritual and educational nature of the community.

You understand that intuitive and spiritual experiences are subjective and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.

You agree to respect the privacy, consent, and boundaries of other members.

You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
